Role: Solution Integrator ( PSTN & IMS )

Experience: 9 - 12 Years

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Deploy, integrate, migrate, and support IMS-based voice platforms.
Perform installation, configuration, and integration of IMS Core network components, including CSCF, BGCF, HSS, MGW, and other IMS network elements.
Execute software upgrades, feature activations, patch deployments, and network modernization activities.
Perform Method of Procedure (MOP) activities, including pre-implementation checks, deployment execution, rollback procedures, and post-deployment validation.
Integrate IMS Core networks with PSTN, EPC, 5G Core (5GC), and external application and service platforms.
Conduct interoperability testing and troubleshooting in multi-vendor environments.
Analyze deployment issues, service impacts, and integration failures and drive timely resolution.
Support maintenance windows, emergency changes, and production deployments.
Prepare deployment documentation, implementation reports, runbooks, and operational handover documents.
Coordinate effectively with architecture, testing, operations, and vendor teams.

Required Skills & Expertise

IMS & PSTN Domain

Deep expertise in IMS Core Integration and Mobile Voice Services.
Strong hands-on experience in IMS deployment, integration, migration, and operations.
Strong understanding of IMS architecture, SIP signaling, voice services, and PSTN interworking and integration.
Knowledge of IMS Core components, interfaces, and call flows.
Experience integrating IMS platforms with EPC, 5GC, PSTN, and external service platforms.
Experience conducting interoperability validation and troubleshooting across multi-vendor networks.

Cloud-Native & Automation

Experience with Kubernetes-based Cloud Native Function (CNF) deployments.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Charts, and containerized telecom platforms.
Understanding of API-based integrations and operational data exposure.
Awareness of Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts.
