Job Title: Inside Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Executive with proven experience in selling
high AOV / large-ticket products and handling HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) clients. The
ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, skilled in consultative selling, and
capable of generating significant revenue through both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and convert high-value leads through an inside sales model (telephonic,
video, and digital channels).
● Handle HNI and premium customers, understand their requirements, and provide
tailored solutions.
● Drive high revenue generation by closing large-ticket deals and consistently meeting
or exceeding sales targets.
● Generate leads through proactive outreach, follow-ups, referrals, and
upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
● Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and
customer loyalty.
● Effectively explain product value, pricing, certifications, and differentiators to
high-intent customers.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM/sales
tools.
● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless
customer experience.
Required Skills & Experience
● 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in high AOV / premium / luxury
product segments.
● Strong exposure to handling HNI clients and closing large-ticket deals.
● Proven track record of high revenue generation and target achievement.
● Experience in lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
● Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Background
● Experience in luxury, jewellery, gemstones, real estate, fintech, or premium
eCommerce is a plus.
● Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling models.
