Job Purpose
This role entails focuse on direct customer engagement and targeted acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities encompass product sales, customer relationship enhancement, catchment mapping, and leveraging opportunities to acquire and deepen client relationships, ultimately contributing to organizational success in BBG Trade segment.Co own BB TFX budget along with BB Sales team. Work in tandem with them for right sourcing , capability building and compliance adherence. Ensure front end teams are equipped to achieve business objectives via trainings and aqequate collaterals and various marketting campaigns
Roles & Responsibilities
- Educate and update team members on Tfx products to maintain product knowledge.
- Co-own BB TFX budget for the region, proactive portfolio management, targeted sourcing through data curation
- Ensure training to the front end sales team and equip them for business
- Ensure smooth onboarding of trade intensive clients with right solutioning
- Ensure timely closer of trade regulatory items and ensure No/Minimal overdue
Secondary Responsibilities
Market Analysis - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure products and processes are at par and above the market expectation both on funded and nonfunded trade products also identify trends, opportunities and threats
Budgeting and Forecasting - Managing sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
