PSD-Service Engineer
Job Description - KBL - Service Engineer - Surface Mining
Experience:7-10 yrs.
Qualification:DME / DAE / DEE
Work Location: Jharsuguda, Odisha
Behavioural Competencies: Candidate should be technically sound, possess good communication skill in official languages
Areas of Exposure- Candidate should have previous experience in handling surface miner at least for 5 years, technically competent to handle and have problem solving aptitude, previous experience in resource planning and execution of service contract.
Job Responsibiities
Carrying out Surface Miners (SM) erection and commission at site.
Carrying out daily inspection of equipment and resolve problems if noticed.
Carrying out daily maintenance, scheduled maintenance, breakdown maintenance for surface miner at customer sites
Attend customer calls and equipment breakdown calls and restore breakdown equipment.
Planning of spares for equipment maintenance and plan breakdown preventive spares
Plan and execute equipment repairs, and GET replacement at site
Carryout equipment health analysis periodically and plan action
Plan lubricant requirement and communicate with customer accordingly
Prepare daily maintenance reports, MTTR & MTBF reports, AG report, maintain equipment logbook, wherever required
Follow-up for payment with customer
Impart technical training to customer personnel at regular interval
Understand and observe safety rules and regulations at site
Maintain team spirit and harmony within project team
