The PS Curriculum Consultant designs, develops, and maintains scalable learning content that supports onboarding, productivity, and continuous skill development across Professional Services. The role converts implementation knowledge and delivery best practices into reusable, modular learning assets using digital and AI-enabled tools. This position supports consistent service delivery and enables Professional Services teams to scale effectively across products and geographies.

Knowledge: Applies knowledge of enterprise software delivery, professional services roles, and instructional design principles to develop learning content for technical and functional audiences.

Supervision: Works under general supervision with defined objectives; exercises judgment in content design and prioritization.

- PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List the key duties and responsibilities and essential functions of the role)
- Designs role-based and modular learning curricula for Professional Services roles, including consultants, project managers, and architects.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and delivery leaders to capture implementation knowledge and delivery best practices.
- Translates complex implementation concepts into structured learning formats such as microlearning modules, playbooks, walkthroughs, and practice scenarios.
- Builds and maintains a centralized learning content library with appropriate tagging, version control, and lifecycle management.
- Uses AI-enabled learning tools to accelerate content creation, updates, and assessment development.
- Ensures training content aligns with current product releases, delivery methodology, and enablement quality standards.
- Partners with certification and enablement roles to align curricula with certification requirements.
- Provides status updates and supports enablement reporting as requested.
- Develop learning assets that reinforce Professional Services delivery processes, project lifecycle standards, and tool usage
- Incorporate in-the-flow-of-work learning assets such as job aids, checklists, and just-in-time guidance
- Ensure training content supports consistent execution of delivery methodology across roles and products
- Supports global enablement priorities and execution without regional dependency
- Maintains learning assets as the single source of truth for Professional Services delivery knowledge
