Job Description

  • Support software creation for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments.
  • Execute SIT and UAT test cases at customer locations and submit daily test execution reports to NCR and the bank.
  • Track, report, and manage issues through the JIRA tool, including experience in logging and monitoring bugs.
  • Raise ATM software-related issues with the Level 1 Software Support Team, coordinate troubleshooting, and ensure issue resolution.
  • Participate in customer-facing meetings to address issues or queries related to production ATM environments.
  • Coordinate with internal NCR teams to resolve ATM production issues efficiently and professionally.
