Role Description The PRT Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based at Model National Public School in Noida. The PRT Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons, facilitate classroom activities, and ensure that learning objectives are met for primary grade students. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing regular feedback to students and families. The role involves collaborating with other teachers, participating in school events and training programs, and contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture. The PRT Teacher is expected to use engaging teaching methods and supportive communication to address diverse learning needs.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in primary or elementary grades.
• Ability to develop effective Lesson Planning aligned with curriculum standards.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
• Experience in Training or mentoring learners in classroom and co-curricular activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field; a B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
• Familiarity with child-centered and activity-based teaching methodologies.
• Ability to maintain an inclusive classroom that supports learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in basic classroom technology and digital teaching tools.
