The PRT / Mother Teacher will be responsible for teaching students in primary grades, fostering their academic and personal development. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom management, evaluating student performance, creating engaging and interactive learning environments, and communicating effectively with parents and staff. The role requires active participation in school activities and events and is a full-time, on-site position based in Jhajjar.

• Strong skills in teaching primary-level subjects with expertise in curriculum design and lesson planning.
• Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and creativity.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• Proficiency in using modern teaching methodologies and tools, including digital tools for interactive learning.
• A professional qualification in education, such as a B.Ed. or equivalent, with subject expertise or credentials relevant to primary teaching.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
• Prior teaching experience in a reputed educational institution and knowledge of contemporary education practices is an asset.
