- Subject Expertise: The candidate should have a deep understanding of theories, concepts, and principles.
- Curriculum Development: Designing and developing curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessments that align with the prescribed curriculum or educational standards.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Designing and administering assessments to evaluate students understanding of concepts. Providing constructive feedback on assignments and exams.
