Job Summary:
The PRT English Teacher is responsible for delivering and facilitating English lessons for primary students. The role focuses on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment while enhancing students foundational language and literacy skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning and Delivery: Design and deliver English lessons aligned with the primary curriculum
- Student Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress through assignments, class activities, and assessments, providing constructive feedback
- Learning Environment: Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and curiosity
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and school staff regarding academic performance and development
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth academic operations and student development
