Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Primary Teacher (PRT) for All Subjects at The Gramodaya School, located in Bilara. The teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons across core subjects. Additional duties include assessing student progress, maintaining records, fostering a positive classroom environment, and coordinating co-curricular or extra-curricular activities to support student development.
Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter knowledge in core areas such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies
- Experience with modern teaching methodologies, digital teaching tools, and integrating technology into lesson plans
- Ability to assess and evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and contribute to co-curricular and extra-curricular activities
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant specialization required; additional certifications in digital education or pedagogy are beneficial
- Prior teaching experience in a similar role is preferred
- Passion for holistic student development and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
