PRPC PEGA Developer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into PEGA-based solutions.
• Design and develop PEGA applications using the PEGA PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander) platform.
• Customize and configure PEGA applications to meet specific business needs.
• Implement PEGA best practices and design patterns to ensure quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Perform unit testing and debugging of PEGA applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with other developers and technical teams to integrate PEGA applications with other systems and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience in software development with at least 3 years of hands-on PEGA PRPC development.
• Proficiency in PEGA PRPC tools, including:
• PEGA Designer Studio
• PEGA Express
• PEGA Case Designer
• PEGA Data Designer
• PEGA App Studio
• Solid understanding of PEGA application architecture, frameworks, and design principles.
• Experience designing and implementing PEGA solutions using PEGA PRPC version 7.x or higher.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in a global delivery model and flexibility to overlap with US hours as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
