Mandatory Skills

PPO/PO/BA experience with strong project & stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce.
Ability to gather, challenge, and translate requirements into Epics/User Stories.
Experience in backlog grooming, functional design, and acceptance criteria.
Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership.
Experience leading B2B problem management, testing, and preparing training material.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Delivery, Testing, Support).
