Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new team members/advisors.
• Build, develop, and manage a productive team.
• Guide and support team members in achieving their professional goals.
• Conduct recruitment activities and candidate coordination.
• Train and motivate newly recruited team members.
• Maintain regular communication with the team.
• Assist in business development and customer relationship activities.
• Monitor team performance and provide necessary guidance.
• Develop leadership, communication, and managerial skills.
