Job Description

About Credflow

Credflow is a healthcare technology company building the next generation of provider data management, payer enrollment operations, and network intelligence. Our platform combines a modern system of record with AI-powered automation, enabling medical groups and provider organizations to move providers through the enrollment process faster, with less manual effort, and with better visibility than legacy credentialing software has ever offered.

We are an early-stage, fast-moving company. The people who join now will not just execute a process - they will help define it. This role is an opportunity to be part of something genuinely new.

The Opportunity

You will work directly alongside our engineering team and founding leadership, using Credflow's own AI-enabled platform to manage payer enrollment applications, coordinate provider data, and deliver operational excellence for US-based physician groups and provider organizations.

This is not a back-office processing role. We are looking for people who think critically, drive efficiency, use technology as a force multiplier, and take genuine ownership of outcomes. Early team members will have real influence over how this service is built - including direct input into product development, workflow design, and what great looks like.

What You Will Do

Core Enrollment Operations

  • Complete payer enrollment applications on behalf of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other providers with US health insurance companies
  • Manage the full application lifecycle from intake through approval, including follow-up, status tracking, and issue resolution
  • Conduct phone follow-ups with US payer enrollment departments to check application status, resolve errors, and confirm effective dates
  • Create, maintain, and update CAQH ProView profiles for enrolled providers
  • Monitor provider licenses, DEA registrations, and credentialing credentials for upcoming expirations and send timely reminders
  • Maintain accurate enrollment records within Credflow's platform, ensuring data integrity across providers, payers, and locations

Technology and Process

  • Operate extensively within Credflow's AI-enabled platform - ability to influence the product and features for what streamlines your day to day work
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate redundant steps, and use automation and AI tools to increase throughput without sacrificing accuracy
  • Document workflows, payer-specific requirements, and process improvements so knowledge is captured and scalable
  • Participate actively in product feedback loops - surfacing what is working, what is not, and what would make your work faster and better

Customer and Team Interaction

  • Communicate with internal teams and, as the role develops, directly with practice administrators, medical group staff, and other stakeholders on enrollment status
  • Provide clear, professional, and proactive updates — surfacing problems early and bringing solutions, not just status reports
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams

What We Are Looking For

Experience and Background

  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in US payer enrollment, provider credentialing, or healthcare operations (experience level will inform the title and compensation)
  • Working knowledge of payer enrollment processes, CAQH/CXE, and provider data requirements for physicians and mid-level providers
  • Familiarity with common payer portals, enrollment documentation requirements, and follow-up workflows
  • This role requires availability through approximately 1:00 PM EST (11:30 PM IST) most days to accommodate US payer business hours. During heavy work periods the role could require greater availability. We offer reasonable schedule flexibility within the working window.

Skills and Traits

  • Strong instinct for technology — you pick up new software quickly and actively look for ways to use tools to work smarter
  • Process-improvement mindset — you notice inefficiency and do something about it, rather than working around it indefinitely
  • Excellent written and spoken English — you will communicate clearly with US-based teams and counterparts
  • High ownership mentality — you do not wait to be told what to do next; you drive work to completion
  • Problem-solver, not problem-reporter — when you hit a wall, you find a way through and bring context when you need support
  • Precise and detail-oriented — enrollment work is unforgiving, and you take accuracy seriously
  • Collaborative and communicative — you share what you know, flag issues early, and work well across functions

US-Aligned Work Schedule Availability

  • Comfortable working in a US-aligned shift (up to 11:30 PM IST) on most days
  • Willing to coordinate with US payer offices during their business hours
  • Flexible to extend working hours during peak workload periods when required

Bonus Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a startup, technology-forward healthcare company, or high-growth operations environment
  • Exposure to AI tools, RPA concepts, or workflow automation in a professional context
  • Experience working with shared inboxes, CRM or operations platforms, or structured data entry systems
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial payer enrollment differences across payer types

Why Join Credflow

Build something that matters

You will be among the first in this function at Credflow. The decisions you make and the processes you establish will define how this service operates at scale.

Direct product influence

You will use our software every day, and your feedback will directly shape how it evolves. Early team members have a genuine voice in product development.

Work with real AI, not just talk about it

Credflow is one of the first platforms to integrate AI calling, automated portal execution, and workflow intelligence into enrollment operations. You will use these capabilities day one.

Grow with the company

As Credflow scales, so do the people who helped build it. We are looking for individuals who want to grow into senior, lead, and management roles as this team expands.

Multidisciplinary environment

You will work alongside engineers, product builders, and operational leaders. If you are curious and engaged, there is more to do here than run a process.

Competitive compensation

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and strong benefits. Compensation is tied to the level of the role and will reflect the quality of the candidate.
