Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce test automation using Provar. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated and manual test suites for Salesforce applications. Prior exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud will be a strong advantage. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with an understanding of QA best practices within Agile delivery environments.

Role and responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Provar for Salesforce applications (Sales, Service, Experience, and Health Cloud).
• Analyze business requirements and user stories to derive comprehensive test cases and automation scripts.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple Salesforce environments.
• Validate configurations, workflows, and customizations within Salesforce Health Cloud (e.g., Patient 360, Care Plans, Provider data).
• Collaborate closely with developers, admins, and business analysts for early defect detection and resolution.
• Maintain automation frameworks, update reusable components, and ensure CI/CD integration with tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and test execution reports.

Technical skills requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Provar automation (test design, execution, and maintenance).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Experience in SOQL/SOSL queries, API testing (Postman, RestAssured), and test data setup.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint-based QA delivery.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred) — understanding patient data models, provider networks, and clinical workflows.

Nice-to-have skills

• Good to have basic knowledge Pharma/Life Sciences.
