Job Summary

• Responsible for Diagnostics & Troubleshooting and In house Proto Development of HV & LV wiring harnesses for 2/3 wheeler EV platforms
• BOM Verification before Vehicle build
• Test bench Setup readiness to verify EE components
• Functionality check in EE components before & After the build,
• Troubleshooting Electrical concerns in Validation and building vehicles
• Build concern document preparation and report readiness
• Field failure analysis of EE Components
• Analyzing connector, Terminal Datasheets for Suitable component selection
• Coordinating with the Build team for vehicle development activities
• Knowledge of 48V and 72V Electrical system
• Knowledge of Wiring harness Schematics and Drawing.
