Job Title: Proposal Writer who writes RFP/RFI

Location: PAN India (Onsite 5 Days a Week)

Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Experience: 614 Years (Total IT)

Shift Timings:- 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM

Immediate starters only within 2-3weeks time max.

Required Skills

• Master's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or similar roles preferably in IT services & consulting.
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFI processes and proposal best practices.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with analytics tools (Excel Pivot, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to proposal analytics and performance dashboards.
