Proposal Team Lead, LCS

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10-12 proposal engineers, providing guidance and fostering functional excellence.
• Oversee the proposal process from receiving the request to final delivery, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for automation solutions, including Control Systems, PLCs, Drives, Software, and Networks.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, procurement, engineering, and project management teams to align proposals with company goals.
• Work with Technical Leads/SMEs to clarify technical issues and present proposed solutions to stakeholders.
• Partner with Project Managers to manage scope, deliver execution plans, assess risks, and optimize project schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality processes and documentation for internal/external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in proposal development, process optimization, and standardization.
• Foster knowledge sharing, teamwork, and collaboration within the proposal team and across the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in professional development opportunities.
