Job Role - Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - Proposals

Desired Exp - 7-12 years of Post BE Mechanical / Instrumentation Qualification or Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation with 12- 20 years of experience

Will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive techno-commercial proposals for domestic and export enquiries related to valves, valve automation systems, pneumatic systems, and associated accessories.

The position involves submission of quotations and tenders within deadlines, developing competitive pricing strategies, preparing preliminary drawings, maintaining proposal records, and ensuring full compliance with company procedures. The candidate must be capable of multitasking across multiple projects, handling a team of 34 members, understanding market trends, and providing customer-focused solutions based on RFQs. Proficiency in MS Office and strong coordination with sales, distributors, suppliers, and internal departments is essential.

Desired Skill Sets :-

• At least 7 to 12 years of experience in the field of Pneumatics or Valve Automation System With BE or Diploma (12 to 20 Years) in Mechanical or Instrumentation
• Should have knowledge of Valve and valve automation products.
• Knowledge & understanding of Operation philosophy and logic of Pneumatics schemes.
• Ability to give solutions to Customers and Sales based on RFQ requirement.
• Understanding of budgeting and cost estimation.
• Ability to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Multitasking ability to handle Multiple project and day to day enquiries parallelly
• Team handling experience of handling team of minimum 3 to 4 Team members.
• Knowledge of MS-Office.
