Proposal/RFP Manager

The Proposal Manager will co-ordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, PPQ, ITT, RFP etc.) response whilst assembling a proposal team that has the skills to prepare and submit a winning proposal.

• Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and governance. This is a role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
• The Proposal Manager is typically engaged at the beginning of the Bid and Pursuit Phase and exits at Clarification stage.
• Familiarity with state and Federal RFP process, including GSA & SAM
• Proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering excellent proposals primarily in the government space.
• Typically, they will have experience of designing, managing, and updating a Content Library or Proposal Solution.
• Must produce the proposals professionally in the within customer defined timeframes.
• Document template management in line with company branding.
• Strong time management / prioritization skills.
• Strong written English language skills
• MBA preferred with atlest 4 years of experience.
