Designation: Proposal Manager

Dept: Business Development

Qualification: Diploma or BE: Chemical/Mechanical

Experience: 8 to 12 Years in proposal making for membrane-based products used in water and water treatment systems.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day activities of application engineers to ensure product offers are prepared with optimized configurations and strong competitiveness.

Understand customer requirements and define clear offer strategies to guide application engineers.

Lead application engineers through process calculations and proposal development to ensure optimal equipment design and sizing.

Oversee cost estimation activities to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.

Support Sales Managers by advising on and preparing technical presentations for QUA's products and services.

Drive standardization of offer formats and P&IDs across all products.

Develop and maintain operating cost templates for the complete product portfolio.

Supervise the project execution team in compiling and releasing project handover (turnover) documents.
