Job Description
:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Manager with expertise in proposal and estimation for water and wastewater infrastructure projects
.The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, estimating costs, and supporting tender submissions for electrical and instrumentation systems in water treatment Projects

Key Responsibilitie
- s:Review tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings related to E&I scop
- e.Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical and instrumentation works including power distribution, control systems, SCADA, PLCs, and field instrumentatio
- n.Develop technical proposals and compliance statements in line with client requirement
- s.Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to gather inputs for accurate estimatio
- n.Identify and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical complianc
- e.Prepare BOQs, pricing sheets, and risk assessments for proposal submission
- s.Support bid clarifications, negotiations, and post-bid technical discussion
- s.Maintain a database of historical costs and vendor pricing for future referenc
