Role Description

The Proposal Executive/Engineer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Cuttack, with flexibility for partial remote work. The individual will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring proposal accuracy and alignment with client requirements. The role also involves analyzing tender documents, engaging with vendors/suppliers for quotations, and maintaining records related to bids and contracts. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring project alignment with timelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in preparing technical drawings, understanding engineering specifications, and knowledge of PLC/DCS, SCADA systems, UPS panels, and other industrial solutions.
• Proficiency in proposal and tender preparation, document analysis, and vendor coordination to ensure competitive and accurate submissions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of industrial products and their applications in sectors like pharma, dairy, power, steel, and aluminum is an asset.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work in a hybrid environment combining office and remote work settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical or a related field is required. Minimum Experience of 1-2 years in proposal offer will be considered.
