We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Proposal Engineer in the field of Water Treatment and Wastewater Management for a full-time position. This on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves preparing technical proposals, collaborating with internal teams, and working closely with clients to deliver sustainable and cost-effective solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring customized designs to meet project requirements and participate in client presentations and technical discussions.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, design systems, and propose optimal solutions.
• Excellent Communication Skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Experience in Technical Support to assist in system troubleshooting and addressing client requirements.
• Ability to lead with Team Management and provide Training in key areas as needed.
• Knowledge of water treatment and wastewater management technologies and industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management, along with problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
