Responsibilities:

• Proposal documentation & drawings for products
• Combustion calculations for fired heaters/incinerators
• Process design for incinerators, absorbers, scrubbers, boilers, vertical columns (Chemical, Fertilizer, Pharma, Oil & Gas)
• Line sizing, relief valve sizing, hydraulic calculations
• PFDs, P&IDs, heat & mass balance preparation
• Complete process design of incineration plants
• Liaison with clients/vendors & internal teams (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Efficient use of proprietary design tools
• Drive workflow optimization & adoption of new design technologies

Skills & Competence:

• Strong fundamentals in process/chemical engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Problem solving, creativity, flexibility
• Team player, willingness to travel
