Proposal Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Study customer RFQs, specifications, layouts, and BOQs

Prepare Techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimations

Develop application concepts for conveyor & material handling systems

Prepare proposal Layouts in Auto CAD as per requirement

Inter departmental Coordination is required for example with design, sales,

purchase, and production teams

Support sales team in pre-bid and post-bid discussions

Follow up with clients for proposals and clarifications

Maintain proposal status, tender tracking, and documentation

Support marketing activities and client presentations

Candidate Profile

BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

3 / 6 years of experience in conveyor systems / material handling industry

Strong knowledge of Conveyor systems and related material handling equipment

Good command over MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

AutoCAD knowledge and hands on experience is must.

Good communication and customer-interaction skills
