Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer / Manager to prepare techno-commercial proposals, costing, tenders and coordinate with engineering and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

·        Prepare techno-commercial proposals for renewable energy projects.

·        Review enquiries, RFQs and tender documents.

·        Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs and commercial offers.

·        Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Sales teams.

·        Prepare and submit tender documents.

·        Ensure compliance with technical specifications.

·        Support pre-bid meetings and client queries.

·        Maintain proposal documentation and tender records.

·        Support commercial negotiations and bid clarifications.

·        Improve proposal templates and costing methodologies.

Requirements

·        Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Electrical or Civil Engineering.

·        MBA preferred.

·        5–10 years of relevant experience.

·        Knowledge of proposal preparation, costing and tendering.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and ERP.

·        Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

·        Experience in Government and Private Tendering.

·        Knowledge of GEM, CPP Portal and e-Tendering.

·        Understanding of EPC projects.

·        Knowledge of P&IDs and technical specifications.
