Job Title: Proposal Engineer
Location: PUNE
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 2-3 Years
About the Role:
We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to join our team to prepare technical and commercial proposals for automation and engineering projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, estimating costs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate proposal submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze customer inquiries, RFQs, and specifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for automation / electrical projects.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for costing and technical details
- Prepare BOQ, scope of supply, and compliance statements.
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements and organizational standards.
- Maintain proposal records and assist in bid follow-ups
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / related discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in proposal or estimation for industrial automation, control systems, or electrical projects.
- Strong skills in Excel, costing, and documentation.
- Experience in preparing tenders for industrial automation projects.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
