Job Description

The primary role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Proposal Management including documentation, bid preparation (non-technical parts), internal & external coordination, bid compilation, bid submission (online & offline) and tracking
  • Coordination & communication with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Maintaining database for internal ERP systems relevant to BD/ Marketing
  • BD Analysis & Market Research Preparation of BD update reports & presentations
  • Support in Marketing (Events & Conferences) activities and coordination

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Graduation

Minimum Experience: 2 Years in Tender preparation and submission

Skills Required:

  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit is must, Adobe Suite is a plus
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and should be a team player
  • Strong ability to multi-task prioritizes and adapt to shifting priorities
