The primary role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Proposal Management including documentation, bid preparation (non-technical parts), internal & external coordination, bid compilation, bid submission (online & offline) and tracking
- Coordination & communication with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Maintaining database for internal ERP systems relevant to BD/ Marketing
- BD Analysis & Market Research Preparation of BD update reports & presentations
- Support in Marketing (Events & Conferences) activities and coordination
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduation
Minimum Experience: 2 Years in Tender preparation and submission
Skills Required:
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit is must, Adobe Suite is a plus
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and should be a team player
- Strong ability to multi-task prioritizes and adapt to shifting priorities
