Proposal Engineer

At Concept Dash Inc., we're looking for a highly skilled Proposal Engineer to join our team. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for creating proposals in response to client RFPs, RFSQs and RFQs. The candidate must work closely with the technical team and will ensure that the proposal complies with all applicable regulations.

The candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for detail, the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and technical skills. The candidate must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• ME/MTech in Civil Engineering (Any specialization) - Not mandatory
• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  

Software Proficiency:

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Microsoft Projects
• AutoCAD
• Google Earth.
  

Soft Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills - Spoken and written
• Good Presentation skills
• Detail oriented
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand technical specifications/standards and requirements to develop a comprehensive proposal
• Engage with the technical team, managers, and other stakeholders to define the project scope, schedule, and budget
• Write proposals in response to customer RFPs/RFQs that are compliant with all requirements, including page limits and formatting guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, management and marketing, to gather input and feedback on proposals
• Manage the proposal development process from start to finish, including coordinating reviews, revisions, and approvals
• Ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, and capabilities
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure proposals are competitive
• Conduct post-mortem analysis of won and lost bids to identify areas of improvement
• Maintain accurate records of submitted proposals
