This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Proposal & Tender Manager. The Proposal & Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for various infrastructure and engineering projects, including preparing bids, reviewing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and liaising with clients and vendors. They will ensure compliance with tender requirements, develop competitive proposals, and maintain documentation. The professional will also oversee contracts, track deadlines, and provide strategic insights to improve the tendering process.

• Strong experience in preparing proposals, managing tender documentation, and developing competitive bids.
• Proficiency in analyzing tender requirements and ensuring compliance with pre-qualification criteria.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities to handle deadlines and complex documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Attention to detail for proofreading and reviewing tender documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Expertise in engineering and procurement, with an understanding of the infrastructure and construction industry.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and project management software tools.
• Educational qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or certification in tender management is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with ISO 9001 standards will be considered an advantage.
