Requirements
Part-qualified life actuary with at least 2 years of life insurance experience in consulting or life (re)insurance roles.
- Strong understanding of UK insurance regulations and actuarial standards (e.g., Solvency II, IFRS17, PRA guidelines) and their application in wide range of actuarial workstreams such as modeling, reserving and risk management.
- Familiarity with other global actuarial standards, such as Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) regulations and related frameworks would be an added advantage.
- Have a good practical skills in Excel.
- Ability to work independently to tackle challenges.
- An appetite to stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and hot topics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with global stakeholders effectively.
