Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Valuer based in Vadodara. The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting detailed property appraisals, preparing valuation reports.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation methodologies
- Experience or knowledge in Estate Agency practices and operations
- Ability to interpret market trends and assess property value accurately
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor/Diploma's degree or relevant qualification in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is preferred
- Local market knowledge of Vadodara and surrounding areas is an advantage
