Reports To: Marketing & Sales Head

Team Size: 58 (Sales Executives & Support Staff)

Job Summary:

The Property (Township) Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for implementing marketing strategies and managing sales operations for township projects. This role focuses on driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management: Oversee daily sales operations, including lead generation, client meetings, and sales closures.

Marketing Execution: Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract potential buyers.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Team Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.

Market Research: Gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.

Reporting: Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management.

Training: Provide training and support to sales executives to enhance their performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

58 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.

Strong understanding of the Coimbatore real estate market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
