Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Property (Township) Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing sales for township projects. This role involves direct interaction with potential buyers and requires a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and cold calling.

Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with potential buyers to understand their requirements and present suitable options.

Site Visits: Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective clients, showcasing the township's features and benefits.

Sales Closure: Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Documentation: Prepare and process sales agreements and other necessary documentation.

Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales manager regarding market trends and customer preferences.

Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and report to the sales manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

13 years of experience in real estate sales.

Knowledge of the Coimbatore real estate market.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
