Role Overview
As a Property Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers. You will engage with leads, understand their requirements, qualify opportunities, and guide them through the initial stages of their home-buying or selling journey.
This is a high-energy, target-driven role suited for individuals who enjoy customer conversations, are comfortable making a high volume of calls, and excel at building rapport over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective buyers and sellers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, timelines, and preferences.
- Schedule property visits and appointments for the Sales team.
- Educate customers about Ivy Homes offerings and address initial queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to achieve business goals.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and working towards targets.
- Good organizational and CRM management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations effectively.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Structure
- Primarily office-based role with occasional support for customer site visits.
- Flexibility to work during peak business periods, including weekends.
