Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist, based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will help clients make informed property decisions by providing expert advice and support. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, facilitating property viewings, negotiating deals, maintaining customer satisfaction through exceptional service, and staying updated on trends in commercial and residential real estate markets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate, with experience in assisting clients with property investments, leasing, and sales.
- Sales experience, including negotiation and closing deals, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
- Experience in real estate consultancy is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
