Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Property Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their property needs and provide customized real estate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with potential clients, offering expert advice on commercial and residential properties, conducting property viewings, and negotiating contracts to ensure client satisfaction. The role will also involve collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
- Proven ability in Sales and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site and team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
- Proficiency in local languages along with English is an advantage
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
