Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Specialist role located in Bengaluru. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing property listings, providing expert advice on residential and commercial properties, and assisting clients in their real estate transactions. Duties include handling inquiries, conducting property viewings, coordinating with clients and developers, and negotiating purchase or rental agreements. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate.
- Sales expertise with the ability to negotiate and close transactions efficiently.
- Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a property management or consultancy role is a plus.
- Proficiency in local real estate regulations and market trends is advantageous.
