Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Sales Person role based in Noida. The Property Sales Person will be responsible for identifying potential clients, marketing properties, coordinating property showings, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing expert advice to offer appropriate property solutions that meet their needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Real Estate principles, Real Property knowledge, and possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Strong Sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to foster relationships and provide tailored solutions
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry or related fields is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
