Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Sales Manager (Commercial) located in Noida.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet sales targets and close deals effectively
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends in the commercial real estate sector
  • Experience in property sales, with a focus on the commercial real estate market
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and documentation processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office or relevant property management software
  • Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • WPreviousw experience in the NCR real estate market is an advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
