Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through verified pincode-based cold calling data
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions
Conduct property site visits as per client schedules
Drive deal closures and achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Maintain and update the CRM pipeline regularly
Candidate Requirements
Minimum6 months of experience in sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits
Fluency in English and Hindi or regional language (Kannada/Tamil)
