Property Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert property sales leads through Social Media and other channels.
• Handle clients, understand requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Conduct site visits, follow-ups, negotiations and close deals independently.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth deal closure.

Required Skills

• Strong Real Estate / Property Sales experience – Mandatory
• Proven lead conversion and deal-closing skills.
• Social Media lead generation – Mandatory
• Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Good MS Excel knowledge.
• Gujarati, Hindi, English – Mandatory Language

Experience: 3–5 Years
