Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Mumbai. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential properties, including tenant management, property inspections, and ensuring maintenance standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, addressing tenant concerns, managing financial transactions such as rent collections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also involves marketing and maintaining high occupancy rates while providing exceptional customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• Property management, tenant relations, and lease management skills
• Strong organizational and operational management abilities to supervise property maintenance and ensure exemplary living conditions
• Customer service and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders
• Marketing and promotion skills to maintain high property occupancy rates
• Knowledge of local regulations related to housing and property management
• Proficiency in relevant property management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in business management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in property management or a related role is beneficial
• Ability to lead a team and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Salary Package: 3,00,000 4,00,000 per annum (In-Hand)

Preference will be given to immediate joiners and local candidates.
