We are looking for a hands-on Property Manager with strong leasing and property management experience to lead the launch and run the space day to day and build a community people want to stay in

Qualifications Required

3–5 years of property management experience, including commercial or office leasing.
Proven record of meeting occupancy and revenue targets.
Working knowledge of lease administration and tenant relations.
Experience managing vendors, budgets and building maintenance.
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency with property management or CRM software and MS Office or Google Workspace. Preferred
Experience in coworking, serviced offices or hospitality.
Experience launching a new property or workspace.
Degree or certification in real estate, business or facilities management
