We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Property Manager to lead operations for our Noida properties. You won't just be managing buildings; you'll be the face of Shft-In for our residents, ensuring their living experience is hassle-free and high-quality. You will balance operational excellence with exceptional hospitality.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily property operations, ensuring all facilities meet Shft-In's premium standards of cleanliness and functionality.
• Tenant Relations & Community: Act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling move-ins/move-outs, resolving grievances promptly, and fostering a positive community vibe.
• Maintenance & Tech Oversight: Coordinate with vendors and on-site staff for preventive maintenance. Utilize our property management software to track tickets and optimize performance.
• Financial Management: Manage site budgets, track utility payments, and oversee vendor invoicing to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and lease agreements.

• Experience: 2–5 years in Property Management, Hospitality, or Real Estate operations.
• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with a get-it-done attitude. You should be comfortable using digital tools and management software.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills; you can navigate difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for property aesthetics and maintenance needs—nothing slips past you.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
