*Role Overview*

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee residential

properties, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. This role is

ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and keeping things

organized.

*Key Responsibilities*

Hotel or Serviced Apartment management

Guest management

Staff Management

Manage assigned residential properties and ensure high occupancy rates

Handle tenant communication, inquiries, and issue resolution

Oversee rental agreements, collections, and timely renewals

Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance work

Maintain accurate records of payments, agreement

Prior experience in property management, real estate, or customer service is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English

Good organizational and problem-solving ability

Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace tools/CRM tools

Willingness to travel locally within Bengaluru when needed

Field work

Need two wheeler and DL (Mandatory)
