Property Manager

This is a full-time on-site Property Manager role located in Pune. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations and maintenance of Magnus Hotels and Serviced Apartments, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and property standards. Responsibilities include managing property staff, coordinating maintenance schedules, addressing tenant inquiries, optimizing occupancy rates, and implementing cost-effective management practices. The role also involves monitoring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.

• Experience in property management, including overseeing property maintenance and staff management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and cost control within the hospitality sector
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and operational efficiency measures
• Familiarity with property management software and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is an advantage
