Job Title: Property Manager
What This Job Involves
You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of assigned properties, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. You will oversee all aspects of property operations including:
Strategic Operations
- Develop and execute property management strategies aligned with client objectives
- Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with lease agreements and regulations
- Maintain occupancy levels and tenant satisfaction through proactive relationship management
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans
- Monitor financial performance and ensure timely revenue collection
- Review vendor invoices and prepare comprehensive financial reports
Team Leadership
- Lead on-site teams including Technical Managers, engineers, and support staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement development programs
- Foster collaborative environment focused on safety and continuous improvement
Client Relations
- Serve as primary contact for property owners, tenants, and stakeholders
- Address escalated issues and maintain relationships for contract renewals
- Conduct regular meetings and performance presentations
Vendor Management
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate major projects and manage procurement processes

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field with 8-10 years progressive experience in property/facility management. Professional certifications (CPM, RPA, CFM, FMP) preferred. Commercial property experience, particularly IT parks, essential.
